Abstract: 目的:了解О44Κ74血清型大肠埃希菌引起的食物中毒的流行病学特征及临床特点.方法:对该院收治的104例患者的有关资料,包括食堂卫生情况、患者饮食情况、发病时间、临床症状和实验室检查(病原学检查、生化试验等)进行总结分析.结果:食堂的卫生状况较差,存在较多的污染环节.该组病例潜伏期1~28 h,平均潜伏期为8 h,发病高峰在餐后4~10 h.104例以腹泻(100%)、腹痛(88%)、呕吐(84%)、发热(63%)为主要表现.12份现场采集的细菌标本中,检出致病性O44K74血清型大肠埃希菌10株.62例住院病人的粪便标本中,O44K74血清型大肠埃希菌阳性16例(26%).经用抗菌药物及对症治疗3~5日所有病人临床症状均消失,痊愈出院.结论:O44K74血清型大肠埃希菌引起的食物中毒可由食物污染引起,其潜伏期短,临床症状以发热、腹泻、腹痛为主,及时治疗预后良好.
