Abstract: 直驱式电液伺服阀(DDV阀)采用力马达直接驱动伺服滑阀,其结构简单,可靠性高,抗污染能力强,而性能指标也能够满足实际系统需要,是目前有发展前途的一种电液伺服关键元件,但是其力马达的非线性对阀的性能有一定的影响,本文对磁滞非线性影响DDV电液伺服阀动态性能的问题进行了研究,所得出的结论为同类电液伺服阀的研发提供了参考.
