Abstract: 目的建立工作场所空气中异佛尔酮的测定方法.方法样品用活性炭管采样,溶剂解析,毛细管色谱法测定.结果该方法在0~400μg/ml范围呈线性关系(标准曲线线性范围),样品在炭管中可保存10 d,方法的重现性好,不同浓度相对标准偏差为0.65%~3.48%,检出限为0.04μg/ml,解吸效率为90.61%~92.02%,采样效率为100%,100 mg活性炭对异佛尔酮的穿透容量为13.6mg.空气中可能与异佛尔酮共存的二异丁基甲酮、环已酮等在该方法条件下不干扰测定.结论该方法各项指标均达到<工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范>的要求,适用于工作场所空气中异佛尔酮的现场监测.
