Abstract: 以墨兰(Cymbidium sinense)地下根状茎段为外植体,探讨不同浓度活性炭对其离体培养的影响.结果表明,在MS+NAA2.0mg/L+10%椰汁的培养基中加入1.0g/L活性炭对原球茎诱导效果最好;MS+BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+4.0g/L活性炭适合于不定芽分化;在1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+BA0.5mg/L+10%椰汁的培养基中加入0.5~3.0g/L活性炭有利于提高成苗率.
