Abstract: 液压脉动主动控制技术由于其自适应能力强、衰减效果好的特点而得到广泛研究,在现有的研究中鲜有向管路中注入小流量油液来抵消压力脉动波谷值的主动控制方式.该文对入流式有源脉动主动控制进行了理论和仿真研究;设计并建立了压电陶瓷直驱式节流阀的模型;在控制算法上,考虑了实际系统中的非线性特性,采用BP神经网络算法调整控制器参数,使压电式节流阀产生的次级脉动与管路中的初始脉动相互抵消,达到脉动衰减的最佳效果.结果表明,基于神经网络的入流式有源脉动主动控制技术可以达到67%的脉动抑制效果.
