Abstract: 液压泵站的电机在直接启动时会产生较大的峰值电流,对系统产生较大冲击,降低系统的工作性能和寿命.提出一种电机辅助启动方案,利用泵马达作为马达工作驱动电机,避免产生冲击电流.基于Simulink分析了三相异步电机启动特性,运用AMESim软件仿真分析了蓄能器关键参数对辅助启动特性的影响,结果表明:蓄能器充气压力升高,辅助启动系统加速能力不变,达到的最高转速越低;蓄能器容积增加,辅助启动系统加速能力不变,达到的最高转速越高;蓄能器充液压力升高,辅助启动系统的加速能力越强,达到的最高转速越高.
