Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat platform management on improving professional nursing level of junior nurses.Methods In total of 20 junior nurses from operation room were selected, and they received WeChat platform management since January 2015, including training, vocational study and risk management through WeChat platform. The professional nursing level and work pressure of junior nurses before and after WeChat management were compared.Results After the implementation of WeChat platform, professional nursing level in aspects of operation, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents and safety management was higher than those before, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Work pressure source scores including workload and time allocation, nursing and working and patient problems were lower than before, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform management can effectively improve the professional nursing level of junior nurses from operation room and reduce their working pressure.
