Abstract: Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, this paper analyzes the multi-hierarchy of patients' needs in hospital. In order to meet the demands of patients, our hospital established whole-process mode of volunteer service. This paper is a practical research to evaluate the effect of service through related data before and after volunteer service and elicit thinking on the development of volunteer service.
