Abstract: Take a member hospital under collectivization mode as an example, this article expounded the reform process, optimization of discipline talent infrastructure and cultural integration in this hospital. The assets income, hospital management, key discipline, scientific research innovation, social and economic benefits before and after the implementation of collectivization were compared. According to the comparison, the experience and thinking of hospital collectivization were put forward.
