Abstract: When pumping cylinder piston gets over reversing detecting oil port, influenced by oil cylinder guide belt and piston ring leak-age, insufficiency of the output pressure of signal detecting oil port will reduce the hydraulic system reliability of concrete pump. This paper adopts reverse thinking to increase the output pressure of detecting oil port by optimizing cylinder piston structure type and actively increas-ing piston ring leakage and thus solves the technical difficulties of insufficient differential pressure and short acting time.
