Abstract: By referring to the traditional two-way cartridge valve, The essay developed a new pilot active belt position monitoring safety valve specialized in the injection molding machine industry, using electromagnetic directional valve to control pilot oil supplying oil for the main valve control oil cavity and force the main safety valve open, and through position monitoring switch indicator light shows the main valve broken relationships, monitors valve action, and provides a signal for determining the hydraulic circuit’s fault and execute element’s safety.
