Abstract: In order to make the braking process more stable and the braking energy is recovered, a rotary braking energy recovery system with anti reversal function is proposed. The system simulation model was established by AMESim software and the simulation results were verified by the simulation test. The results show that the anti reversal control can effectively eliminate the reverse shaking during braking;under heavy load conditions of accumulator simulation get the energy recovery rate is 64.9%,test get the energy recovery rate is 69.2%, which achieves a good energy saving effect.
