Abstract: This paper introduces an automobile electric vacuum pump test device and the computer measurement and control system based on the ADAM modules. Detail the specific method of evacuation time, ultimate vacuum, project work and durability testing. Application test results show that the structural integrity of the device, real-time monitoring and precise control, meet the QC/T 1004-2015"electric car vac-uum pump performance requirements and test methods of requirements"and corporate technical conditions.
