Construction of Healthy Hospital Evaluation Index System

Abstract: Objective To set up a scientific evaluation index system for the building of a healthy hospital.Methods Selected indexes and determined their weight by the use of seminar and Delphi expert consultation as well as analytic hierarchy process.Result The quality and quantity of analytic hierarchy process in the two rounds were 100.00% and 0.825 respectively with variation less than 0.30. The coordination coefficient of primary indexes and secondary indexes were 0.540 and 0.597 respectively (P< 0.01). An evaluation index system for the building of a healthy hospital was set up after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. It included 4 grade I indexes, 8 grade II indexes and 38 grade III indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system was scientific and reliable, which covered the main aspects of building a healthy hospital. It could provide a reliable and quantizable reference for the construction of a healthy hospital.
