Abstract: Objective To explore whether medicine in refrigerated could continue to be used after cold chain break.Methods By reviewing related literature and combining current conditions, analyzed possibility and uncontrollability of cold chain break as well as the uncertainty of medicines' quality.Results Cold chain break could occur in any link, but whether the medicine in refrigerated could continue to be used after cold chain break was hard to judge.Conclusion Strict management could minimize the occurrence of cold chain break, or at least put it under control. On the condition of clear knowledge of cold chain break time and temperature shift, whether the medicine in refrigerated could continue to be used after cold chain break could be judged with related methods in literature. As for the medicines with uncertain quality, they could only be used after examination or be reported as faulty medicines.
