Abstract: Peking University Third Hospital information management center using digital management system to support hospital's information project management. This paper shared the practice and experience including the design of project management path, the application of IT project management system to achieve closed-loop management on information system construction, online collaborative work, recording and tracking process, information sharing, the control of project changes and risks and quality evaluation. Hospital information management center achieved the digitization, standardization and fine management by using IT project management system. Project management process could be controlled and results were available. It was conductive to reducing negligence, improving the quality of hospital information project management and work efficiency and ensuring the steady promotion of information projects.
