Abstract: The development of wireless network technology and portable terminals provide an opportunity of realizing mobile health. Outpatient treatment system based on Wechat has functions including, binding Medical ID Card, registration reservation, recharging Medical ID Card, settlement, examination reservation and information query of diagnosis and treatment. Wechat updating News can be utilized to guide patients to finish their outpatient treatment process. The optimization of outpatient service process through information technology can reduce queue waiting time, improve patients' experience and satisfaction level, alleviate "difficulty in seeing a doctor", and make doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.
