Abstract: This paper mainly introduced measures that medical group was taken to shorten the waiting time of charge service, improve patient satisfaction and financial security during the promotion of self-service machine. Based on the achievements recently obtained, this paper also discussed the new model that hospital management was combined with treatment process optimization.
