Abstract: Medical technical department is an important component of hospital which provides examination and diagnosis to patients during their treatment. Therefore, under the environment of new medical reform, it is very important to explore appropriate bonus allocation methods and to mobilize medical technicians' motivation. Based on the situation of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province, this article discussed the exploration of service item performance coefficient method of bonus allocation according to workload so as to provide references of further improving performance bonus allocation system in hospital.
