Abstract: Under the environment of current medical system reform, in order to maximize the use of medical resources, group integration of medical institutions has become a new organization model. Therefore, human resource management of the medical group should also have corresponding reform and innovation. This paper takes Taizhou Enze Medical Center (Group) as an example and introduces the exploration and practice of unified human resources management, the effect of management and some existing difficult problems.
