Abstract: While several safety incidents took place in laboratories in 2014 in the United States, triggering a global concern, the highest leader of the responsible organization, namely the director of the U. S. Centers for Disease Control, was not removed from the position, the underlying reason for which is the implementation of work post responsibility system. This article discusses the positive impact that the work post responsibility system could exert in our country in the context of China's reality.
