Abstract: According to the characteristic of regenerate valve which is used in boom cylinder hydraulic control system,the paper build up ITI-SimulationX basic elements,and packaged the basic elements using secondary development platform TypeDesigner of ITI-Simula-tionX . Above this,the paper carried out that modeling and simulation of boom cylinder regenerating control system , got the dynamic curve of the regenerate valve edges, can clearly understand the variable of the regenerate valve edges so to give guidance for designer;At the same time, simulation based on the working station gave guidance for the testing of the regenerate valve.
