Abstract: To lower the labor intensity of operators during the installation process of clutch movement dehydrate components of traditional laundry mechanism and improve product quality and stability. This paper introduced a new type of automation installation system.In this pa-per a fixture is designed which can position parts of dehydrate components and put gas-liquid boosting cylinder and booster pump into use as well as the combination of traditional mechanical limit and modern sensor technology. The system used PLC control technology which is easy to operate and can monitor installation displacement as well as installation pressure of product in real-time thus ensured the quality of products.
