Abstract: Complexity of electro-hydraulic servo system,it is applied to various field in high requirement,arousing the continuous develop-ment of fault diagnosis technology in the whole system.In light of complexity of failure mechanism in electro-hydraulic servo system,it is needed to analyze phenomenon and reason of failure mechanism in its main component,which is electro-hydraulic servo, and it has some the-oretical reference value for molding and fault simulation research of electro-hydraulic servo system and its main component.
