Abstract: During the durability test, the hydraulic cylinder ran lots of times and operated for a long time. And the test may cause certain damage to the hydraulic cylinder itself. Therefore, in the case of no test personnel and the abnormal situation was appeared during the test, it requires that the control system of test-bed could identify anomalies and make emergency treatment. In this paper, combined with the dura-bility test of our company's hydraulic cylinder, based on the system of PLC and touch screen, the system design of the durability test of hy-draulic cylinder for monitoring the abnormal situation was expounded. It includes three aspects, the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure of the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder and the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
