Abstract: This assay focused on E-style priority valve of commercial aircraft hydraulic system. As customers put forward that the pilot style priority cannot meet the requirements of high security and reliability, the E-style priority valve was designed after tackled key problem and made comparisons. Fluent software simulation, spring fitting, damping ring design and etc are used in this schematic design. The require-ments of performance and stability are verified via test. The E-style priority Valve has completed Key Design Review and achieved the equipment delivery. As the pioneer structural design, it has high promotional value.
