Abstract: With the development of hospital information, medical institutions need fast and comprehensive business analysis to provide accurate information for business decision. This article introduced the concept of business intelligence as well as its key technologies. From the perspective of data analysis, the effect of application of business intelligence technology in decision analysis of hospital management was introduced in order to provide reference for further application and popularization of business intelligence in medical institutions.
