Abstract: As an important part of the comprehensive support by 19 provinces and cities for Xinjiang, the medical and health care assistance, with spark mode, a-b-c mode, teamwork mode, bridge mode as the representatives of implementation mode, has injected an unprecedented positive power for the development of medical and health care in Xinjiang. This paper analyzes and compares different medical and health care assistance mode to provide reference for the government administrative departments in adjustment of policies, coordinated planning and promoting demonstration assistance mode of scale in the future.
