Abstract: Standardized training of general practitioners should attach importance on not only basic skills but also humanistic skills so as to enhance general practitioners' comprehensive quality and prevent the incidence of medical dispute. Through the learning of doctor-patient communication and basic etiquette, good professionalism of general practitioners can be built in order to prevent medical dispute.
