Abstract: To balance the negative impact of modernization and intensification in the process of construction and decoration of hospital buildings and to soften"the sense of coldness and distance"of modern hospital by creating humanistic environment so as to ensure that the hospital buildings can better meet the patient's emotional needs have become the inevitable development trend of modern hospital construction. The author discusses how hospitals should build humanistic environment in hospital construction with patients' experience as the focus by taking the case of construction of Xinghua People's Hospital at the new location as an example.
