Abstract: Medical quality is the core of hospital development and important guaranty of hospital competitiveness. Covering all levels of medical service and medical technology, medical quality is a comprehensive reflection of medical technology and hospital management level. It is affected by factors such as administrative personnel's management concepts, quality awareness of medical staff, implementation of management system and evaluation system of management quality. Therefore, comprehensive measures should be adopted to improve management level of medical quality.
