Abstract: The compressed-air consumption of pneumatic nail gun is analyzed in this paper. Afterwards, based on the theory of air discharg-ing method by utilizing the isothermal gas tank, a platform for testing the compressed-air consumption is designed and constructed. In this testing equipment, the detecting data are collected by using precision sensors and can be accurately output in the computer screen by the em-ployment of control module. The precise data originated from the equipment is benefit for improving the performance of products.
