Abstract: In manufacturing industry, the quality is the life of the product, and it is also the important guarantee to promotion product com-petitive ability and win the customers trust.Umbrella belong to large sales consumer goods and fashion products, any one part of the prob-lem will affect the reputation and sales during production. Therefore, it is very important to test the product. This paper detailed analyzes the design of pneumatic system and PLC control methods of umbrella tester based on PLC control.
