Abstract: A certain type of reversing valve core pilot valve port used in full hydraulic steering system as the research object, aiming at the working principle of the directional control valve in turning process ,flow area is derived with reversing valve pilot valve mouth at different valve core displacement formula. Digital over-current area is to be taken. In view of the phenomenon of existing directional valve core swinging at limit displacement , the reversing valve pilot valve port flow area is optimized by using over-current area calculation module. The results of simulation and experimental show that the optimized valve core oscillation phenomenon disappears and reduces the time of the steering.Through the study for optimal design of the reversing valve core,it provides a certain reference function.
