Abstract: Nowadays, non-contacting mechanical seals becomes the focus of most researchers because of its low abrasion and high reliabili-ty. Especially in nuclear power, chemical process equipment such as central Africa contact end face seal has been widely used.With the im-provement of equipment performance and increasing working pressure,researching high pressure under the condition of constant flow con-trol, plays an important role in controlling the stability of the clearance of the seals .The high pressure working conditions determine its seal-ing characteristics of the gas with high pressure and flow.Stable and reliable sealing gas directly determine the effect of the seal.This article focuses on the subject of pressurized gas flow control system,Using adaptive control method to design the control algorithm to achieve the high pressure gas supply automatic control.providing a good method for the reliability of mechanical seal in the industrial system.
