Abstract: In order to measure the flow characteristics of fixed orifice, the testing system is designed according to international standard ISO6358-2013. The correctness and accuracy of the testing system will affect the measurement of flow characteristic parameters of pneumat-ic components. In this paper, the test method error and sensor error of testing system are analyzed and calculated, and the test results are compared with the simulation analysis. The results show that the testing system is reasonable and the measurement accuracy can meet the ap-plication requirements. At present, the testing system has successfully measured the flow characteristics of different types of fixed orifice.
