Abstract: The design and practical use of the hydraulic system, the two variable piston pump together in the same hydraulic system and to ensure consistency and to achieve the two hydraulic displacement of the total power control. The general use of two cross-pump control mode, the disadvantage is that the two hydraulic control cross consistency and total power control is poor, and it is difficult to ensure the con-sistency of the two hydraulic pumps. In this paper, by designing a pressure equalization valve to achieve the two hydraulic control. The re-sults showed that the equalizing valve can well ensure the consistency of the two hydraulic pumps and total power control.
