Abstract: This study established orthopedic specialty community and integrated the resources of tertiary grade-A hospitals and community hospitals by use of the concept of regional collaboration in health services system from the perspective of regional hospital. This article introduces the basic measures and preliminary achievements, analyzes the results, and discusses the regional hospital recourse integration mode in medical reform.
