Abstract: Based on the analysis of the management practice and its effect of a grade A tertiary hospital, including discipline construction, talent cultivation, international communication, refined management, quality services and cultural development, this paper detailed its management philosophy and methods and summarized it as "two centers" theory, namely, taking patients first and staff as the core. With the guidance of "two centers" theory, the construction of hospital ecosystem could maintain the consecutive development of hospitals, which could provide a good reference for general hospital management.
