Abstract: Strengthening connotation construction, implementing refined management and continuously improving the medical service quality are the key points in modern hospital management. According to the accreditation standards for tertiary grade A tumor hospital, our hospital straightened out hospital refined management idea and combined it with PDCA cycle before put into practice. Through revising management system, strengthening the implementation of the responsibility and quality supervision, highlighting the characteristics of specialized subjects and building informatization system, promote hospital medical management and service ability.
