Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of packet scheduling administration on nursing quality and working pressure of junior nurses in respiratory medicine department.Methods 38 nurses in respiratory medicine department were selected as the research objects. Traditional management mode was reformed and elastic scheduling was carried out under responsibility grouping. Compare the changes of nursing quality, working pressure and burnout feeling of junior nurses after packet scheduling administration with before.Results After packet scheduling administration, nursing quality score of junior nurses in terms of basic nursing, specific nursing and nursing critical patients was higher than before with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Work pressure score of junior nurses was lower than before. Job burnout feeling was lighter than before with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Packet scheduling administration can improve the nursing quality and work pressure of junior nurses, which is worth of promotion.
