Abstract: The implementation of digital management in archives administration of Birth Medical Certificate can improve the influence of Birth Medical Certification maximally as well as prevent and reduce problems of isolated information in Birth Medical Certification so as to conduct secondary utilization and development, improve information processing capability, increase utilization rate of information, meet consumers' requirements and realize information resource sharing. To improve the work efficiency and competitiveness could make better use of information and provide efficient services with high quality.
