Abstract: This study used the fishbone diagram method to analyze the problems existing in hospital attendance management and explored the application of PDCA cycle theory to improve hospital attendance management. Three years of practice showed that the PDCA cycle can promote the construction of hospital attendance system and improve work and leave policy. It can also improve hospital human resource management and service, which provides stronger human resources support and guarantee for hospital development.
