Abstract: Medical joint venture emerged in the context that patients crowded to big hospitals while small hospitals had few patients and the allocation of medical resources was inverted in China. In recent years, local medical joint venture has been established and developed. This paper tries to make a realistic analysis by means of interests game and selection game on medical joint venture based on game theory and put forward countermeasures for its inner cooperation.
