Abstract: Objective To study the effect of flexible management on nursing management.Methods 120 nurses in our hospital are randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases). The treatment group implemented flexible management while the control group implemented routine management. Compared the nursing ability and patients' satisfaction on their work between two groups and conducted retrospective analysis on the results and general data of these nurses.Results The self-satisfaction rate of treatment group (95.3%) was significantly higher than that of control group (78.6%). The satisfaction rate of patients in treatment group (90.9%) was far higher than that of control group (59.8%). Patients' complaints rate for treatment group (10.2%) was significantly lower than that of control group (45.8%) with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). At the same time, the total satisfactory rate of the treatment group (93.33%) was higher than that of control group (51.66%) with significant difference (P<0.05). Patients' compliance and rehabilitation results for treatment group was better than that of control group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of flexible management on nursing management was good, which effectively improved the satisfaction rate of medical workers' nursing ability and patients' satisfaction. It is worthy of wide promotion.
