GH, RP, RE score of life quality improvement from postoperative phase to discharge from hospital for treatment group were higher than those for the control group. RP, BP, VT, SF score of life quality improvement3 months after discharge for treatment group were higher than those for the control group. The difference were of statistical significance (P < 0.05) .Conclusion Continuous perioperative nursing intervention model for artificial hip joint replacement can effectively improve patients' life quality of each stage and improve patients' satisfaction on nursing.
