Abstract: Objective To discuss the optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds for continuous quality improvement of hospital management. Methods In accordance with the aim that departments should "serve the grassroots and support the frontline", the application of optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds in Lishui Central Hospital was selected as the study object, which has carried out a set of optimization scheme and management measures.Results The implementation of the optimization scheme in administrative ward rounds has improved the functional departments ability of discovering and solving problems. It also further clarified the responsibilities of each department, improved the work style, enhanced hospital management supervision and improved the role of continuous quality improvement in hospital management.Conclusion Through continuous optimization of administrative ward rounds methods and continuous quality improvement, the effect of administrative ward rounds in hospital management was significantly improved.
