Abstract: Pressure interview is personnel assessment tool of widely use at present, which plays an increasingly important role in staff recruitment, selection and appointment. As the medical workers would face big working pressure and have to handle all kinds of emergency at any time, thus they are required of better technical ability and emergency handling capacity. The pressure interview based on the medical workers' competency model can effectively test the candidates' comprehensive quality so as to select the suitable person for certain position from the recruitment.
