Abstract: Based on the previous"The design of the electric welding machine telescopic cylinder". In this paper, the method of calculation in multi-telescopic cylinder has been optimised. Moreover, the reasonable inner structure , avoiding dust going into cylinder, can realize ex-change between ventilation room and cylinder. Finally, accuracy of cylinder and surface roughness have been discussed and we suggest that China should add new or revise old standards for the requirement of modern society.
