Establishment of Test Bench for Hydraulic Oil Energy-saving Performance and Investigation of the Test Method

Abstract: The energy-saving test bench and test method were set up according to hydraulic pump efficiency and calculation model of ener-gy-saving ratio by choosing Komatsu HPV35+35 piston pump as the test pump. In the proper temperature and pressure condition, the ener-gy-saving ratio of oil relative to another kind of oil was calculated by measuring the parameters including flow, speed, torque and pressure. Reference oil test results showed that test bench parameters were controlled precisely and bench test could better evaluate the energy-saving effect of hydraulic oil.
